Message: Are engine treatments worth the money. My 97 3.9 has 109k. Should I bother dumping this in?

Message: Larry posted recently mentioning that some treatments can cause your O2 sensors to screw up, due to the treatment causing some form of film/residue build-up on them. I'd recommend picking up some stuff called Seafoam from your local Autozone...it's like $5 and from what I've read on here, it seems to work miracles when using it to clean out the internals of your engine. I've got a bottle of it sitting in my truck right now, but haven't used it yet...waiting til I get all my other parts in so I can work on everything at once.
