John - He made up the story to try to flame me. Just ignore the post. I sent you three (3) different emails and also cc'd my brother (Duane Roark) who is also an Amsoil Dealer (15+ years) and also knows everyone on a first name basis at Amsoil Corporate. If you check your emails, you will know how to contact Duane direct. He is working to correct your order.

Thanks for the business. I wasn't certain we would have time to adjust the order since much of the ordering process is automated - but I am glad it worked out.
I agree with you. It's troublesome that we can't discuss oil in a public forum. However, you can always email me or call my brother Duane Roark (you should have his phone #).

What this site needs is a lesson in "netiquette".
It is wrong to post derogatory or otherwise inflammatory "attack" messages about topics in an established online community.
This is usually a tactic to bait other users into responding - to create mischief and cause chaos. The general consensus (on a site like this without strong site monitors or administrators) is to just ignore them and they will go away. But that will never happen because they find pleasure in ruining something that belongs to the community.
