your 1989 v.6 only had 125 when it was brand new
it will have far less then that now

dam i cant find anything on it
un till someone else chimes in my best guess'timate
with a V6 would be between 3300 - 3500 lbs.

IIRC a few years ago on the Dakota mailing
list most folks who had weighed their Daks
said they came in around 4200#.

this should be close enough:
1990-1996 club cab - 3528#, reg cab short box - 3042#, reg cab long box - 3124#
