Subject: 97 Dakota won't idle IP: Logged
Message: I've checked all the vacuum lines & put in new plugs but my Dakota won't idle. Runs ok if i keep the my foot on the pedal while braking. Rpm's around 850.
"Check Engine" light doesn't come on. When it stalls I can smell gas (rich). Could this be the TPS?...or some other sensor?

Message: Check fault codes. Not all of them trip a check engine light. Could be lots of things.
