 Subject: abs question?

I have a 96 dakota with the 3.9l in it. I just noticed a leak coming out from the side of what looks like an abs valve underneath the master cylinder. My question is if I change this myself. Will I need to bleed the brakes? Any information would greatly be appreciated thanks.

try just bleeding the lines at the valve first
sometime it works sometimes not than a full
system bleed nessasary
