Message: I have a 2001 CC, V6 5-speed. When the A/C is on, a small amount of cold air comes through the right side of the defroster vent on top of the dash. No air comes from the left side. When it's humid outside (I live in Florida so it's humid a lot of the time) and the A/C is on I get a spot of condensation about 6 to 8 inches in diameter on the windshield. Dodge dealer said it's normal, that's how they designed the A/C in 2001. If it's normal then why is it only on one side of the defroster?
Anyone else have this problem? I think it might be the actuator for the vent door in the evaporator stuck on that side. Anyone have any idea if that can be replaced without removing the dash and evap housing?
Any help is greatly appreciated..

Mine did that, too, but the plastic damper door was busted. Fortunately, it was under warranty when it happened, so I didn't have to pay for it out of my pocket, because it was several hundred bucks at the dealer.
