got one!! "VORTECH" v-2. 6#
running on 2003 v6 4x4 with no problems
pretty good stuff ,easy to install

Thanks for the tip. The Vortech site does not list the 3.9L kit as available - just the V8 kits. A google search shows nobody making this anymore...

they have the s/c kit for the 96 up obd2 3.9

This is a true bolt on setup and can be done in
a weekend by anyone with a little mechanical
ability the instructions are excellent
comes with everything you need

I wonder how capable the 3.9 is on handling the boost? How must boost does it supply? Would the AX-15 handle it?

I think that kit is around $4,000...not cheap...but like they say, performance doesn't come cheap. Someday I'd like to get a supercharger kit...but I got credit cards to pay off first. lol
