You're not answering my emails. Please tell me something about the $105 that I gave you a month ago for a Jet II chip that I still haven't received.

Am I getting screwed?

just need to get it shipped to me. Its a factory peugot intercooler that is aluminum construction with a core size of like 10"X 9". big enough for the amount of boost i want to acheive. It has an inlet of 2" (turbo has outlet of 2", perfect) and a outlet of 2.25". i will try to get a pic up soon.
and the price...... $31

My mechanic recommended Ground Force, they are supposed to be really good without the high $$$$ of Hotchkis. I bought a slightly used DJM kit, if it isn't satisfactory I will probably look for a Ground Force kit. Keep us posted on how your install goes, and how you like it, okay? :)

Update!

well guys (and girl), i have put on the 24# injectors (pretty sweeeeet!!). I also put in a oil filter relocater and an Derale engine oil cooler... and there is a noticable difference in engine temp so it must be working!

I have also taken out my mechanical fan and put in a 14" electrical fan. While i was at it i cleaned the engine compartment very thoroughly and removed some extra stuff...

I also bought a new aluminum coolant resevoir and and new MSD Blaster 3 coil

so....
here i have the:
turbo
intercooler
bov
fuel injectors
.....

i still need:
boost timing retard, build some pipes, and headers and oil line (easier because of locator)

yes its hardest... but its also the last thing to do. I would have to take my headers off and exhaust to build everything else thats left. This way i can still drive me truck around.... next i am gonna mount my turbo somewhere to get an idea of where it should be best located.

well... good news... again!

i have been eyeing my truck heavily now for about an hour.... (like always) and have found out a way to do the turbo thing without making new headers (woo hoo). I am gonna make a new y-pipe (easier said then done) to the other side of the transmission and have it wrap around back towards the passenger side of the truck and go to the turbo.... woo hoo!... or course it looks better in my head than what i just wrote.

Hey Greg...you'll also need some sort of fuel enrichment as well. The 24# injectors aren't going to cut it under boost. Even at 9-10# boost on my old supercharger...you need fuel enrichment.

Greg, Sounds like alot of extra piping (all the way to the turbo then back from the turbo. Weight??? Wouldn't this also cause more lag? Where you going to let in the exaust from both banks in or just from one side?

good to hear from you, how's the nitrous doing?
It shouldnt cause more lag.... what i plan on doing is kinda like what duner did... he just ran the pipe around instead of building two headers. I think i can have a little weight (still not that much) for a turbo!

Good to know, i just wasnt sure.

Well, i have assembled the bottle w/ the new blowoff valve, the remote bottle opener, bottle heater and pressure gauge. I've drawn up my ideal wiring diagram including the RPM window switch (on the way). I havnt put it in yet because i seem to be having problems w/ my transmition and am taking it to the dealer before my warrenty goes out (about 1000 miles) (think its the throwout bearing). Did you have a rocker switch instead of a push buton on the purge valve?

For the switch stuff i got:
1 silver troggle switch w/ red LED.
1 green troggle switch
1 yellow LED/holder
No biggie, buying a really cool ones.

I worked out the wiring diagram, it will tell me via a bank of leds, if the system is armed, spraying, purging, if the heater is on, if its OK to spray (ie above and below a specific RPM range, fuel pressure is ok and WOT).
I'm not using any of the supplied switches, replacing them all w/ aircraft style. ;-)

I'm thinking of a couple mounting locations, first putting the switches on the roof (i have no overhead console), moving the heater controls (any one done this???) Putting them in the little bit of room i have next to the shift boot (damn 4x4 selector). Any other ideas?
BTW i have a full bench seat (damn it!)
For the LED bank i was planning on building a ABS plasic "wedge" that would sit on the dash up against the windsheild so i can see it clearly.

Any circuit experts that would be able to help me design a circuit that would know if the bottle was open or closed? Just a small memory setup that would remember if voltage had been passed through a set of wires and keep voltage on an led, then if it was sent trough another set of wires it would remember that. i say remember because the open and close cycle is only about 3 seconds.
