Message: JET Performance Dodge Module
The JET Performance Module for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles is a JET exclusive. Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides power gains across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Point by point air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 25 horsepower. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque. Simple, plug-in installation in less than 30 minutes. Available in Stage 1 and Stage 2.
*For 1989-Current Dodge cars, trucks and SUV's.
Stage 1-For stock or mildly modified vehicles. Fuel and timing curves are modified for optimal performance and mileage using less expensive, lower octane fuels. Programming is designed to burn fuel at peak efficiency, which results in improved performance and mileage. Daily drivers can use lower cost regular fuel for potential mileage gains, but for optimal performance gains use of mid-grade or better is recommended.
Stage 2-Designed for the performance enthusiast, the Stage 2 features more aggressive programming to make the most horsepower and torque available. Fuel and timing curves are extensively modified for peak performance and drivability. Requires use of 91 octane fuel, 180 degree thermostat and free flow exhaust. Also works well with aftermarket intake systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.
*See Domestic Information section for horsepower gains and dyno charts.
*Stage 2 part numbers end with "S".

Message: He has the 48mm F&B
I would think about a set of harland sharp 1.7
rollers to take advantage of the F&B
also do the crank sensor mod
The stage 2 chip will give you a small timing
advance of 2 to 3 degrees, better throttle
response off idle low end
they help from off idle bringing in a little more
torque you will notice it most crusing at higway
speeds and off idle low end
The stage 2 does its best form 2500rpm to 3000rpm
you will notice a nice power increase of about
8 to 10 hp and 15 to 20 torque staying just under
WOT to redline
hers where most lose it the chip does not change
anything when the truck is at WOT wide open
throttle this is why most say they do not work
they also on every truck we have put them on
showed a 1 to 3mpg increase
It will not turn your truck into a nitro buring
6 second drag machine but they do help
They also say to use 92 93 oct fuel this is not
true most will run with 87 if any ping goto 89
there were very few trucks that had to use the
mid 89 with the chip
don't forget it will take 200 miles before you
notice the change
here again most say the computer will learn around
the chip this is the same as saying it will learn
around a 180 thermostate not true
It will learn with the new paramiders the chip
gives the computer adding more timing and fuel
it also tricks the comp into checking the air/fuel
ratio more often to hold a better steader ratio
just be sure all your sensors are working properly
especialy the o2 if you have a lazy o2 you will
notice hardly no change with any mods the comp
needs to pickup improved flow and needs a good
o2 for the proper A/F ratio
The best way to check this is your plugs they
must be a light tan color or its not right
go stage 2
Another thing I have seen is people buying chips
from ebay sure they will plug in but they are
year spacific then people say they are junk
I will not part with my stage 2 99501s for the
1995 auto trans i was getting 19mpg with no other
changes except the chip I went to 21mpg this was
years ago when I first got the chip I have many
more mods now and get 22 24mpg with my 95 4x4
I get about the same with the mopar V6 perf comp
but I cant keep my foot out of it LOL than I drop
to 19 20mpg
I am running the stock comp and the stage 2 chip
right now just fried a perf comp have another
sitting on my dreser but have not put it on yet

Message: Stay away from the Jet chip, very little performance gain for the money and they are very unreliable!! I've had two go out and when I contacted them after the 2nd one they said it was my fault and would not replace it. I used their asphalt wrap and made a custom metal cover to make sure it didn't get wet, not that we get much rain in southern New Mexico!!! The last chip that went out took out my computer as well and it cost me $300 from the dealer to replace!!! JET SUCKS!!
