92 Dodge Dakota 3.9. I can start the truck with by jumping from battery to starter but it will not start from key ignition switch. Replaced ignition switch and starter replay. All fuses are okay and wiring looks okay. This happened right after I replaced the turn signal/windshield wiper module. What could be giving me the trouble?

It's the infamous bad wire splice. The break is in the bundle of wiring next to the windshield washer jug. It's a common problem. I fixed it by splicing power to the starter relay inside the relay box. It's not the starter relay or the ignition switch, it's the power wire to the starter relay.
