Subject: spark plugs IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2004 3.7L and the owners manual says to replace the spark plugs every 30K miles. Is this necessary? Anyone else asking this same question? My mom has a Honda with 90K miles on it and it runs fine....the book hasnt said to replace them yet. Why do I have to replace mine every 30K???? Does Honda put better plugs than Dodge in their engines????

Message: What type of plugs does the Honda use? The 3.7L doesn't use Platinum plugs - standard copper core...they last about 35K miles.
