Hello!
This is my second 98 Dakota truck, and I have a check engine light on - =
p1294 and p0305 -=20
Any ideas? When light comes on, will chug at idle, then ok after about =
1500 rpm's - is very intermittent....

Sounds like you need a tune-up. Try replacing spark plugs and ignition wires and cleaning the throttle body. In my experience, a dirty throttle body can give you headaches in addition to power loss and poor fuel economy. I'd start there.
