 Subject: magnum heads on a premag block

will magnum heads work on a pre-magnum block? I'm trying to do an engine swap since i threw a rod in my magnum motor and the only motor i could find to replace it is a non magnum motor. any help would be greatly appreciated, Alex

1988 and up are roller cam motors and the heads
and intake will bolt right up
they do have a slightly milder cam however the
pre mag had 1.5 ratio so with the mag heads and
1.6 ratio rocker would be almost the same
We have bolted the heads and intake from mags on
pre mag 88 and up removed the devider and run
a 2bl 500 cfm holly carb the old type electronic
ignition and they ran great
