sure...rewire it...
I actually have my fog lights come on when i start the truck (day-time-running-lights). So they just stay on when you have the brights. on. you could just add a switch in the interior...just make sure that it's a switched power so you don't accidentaly drain the battery...

I have a Gen I, and I had to totally re-wire mine. The fog light relay gets its juice directly from the headlight relay. You have to figure out a way to bypass the headlight relay for 12 volt power to the relay.
