I removed the TB due to idle problems. I had done all of the mods at the same time. Very shortly afterwards my wife got pregnant, so I took off the mods to trade it in on something more family friendly. Due to low trade in value, I ended up keeping the truck. The parts have been sitting in the basement for a while and I have no time or energy to play around under the hood anymore. I hope this answers your question without boring you to death.

I do not have the invoice for the TB. I have the instructional sheet that came with the TB along with all the harware (hex screws) required for the install. These are pictured along with the TB. The throttle body in the picture is the one that is for sale. I bought this part from SoCal Dakota some time ago.
I will repeat what I said in the listing. My truck did not respond well to this mod. The truck would not idle properly after the install and the computer did not want to learn the higher flow rate of this part. I set the starting price on it low because of this. Hopefully, someone else has better luck with it.
The headers are JBA stainless with titanium ceramic coating.

you got $285 for a used part.....ya got some balls, i gotta give you that....congrats on the new kid too.....i just bought a 46 mm f&b new @ www.v8performance.com for $245 sorry i gave you so much crap but ill never bet in ebay ever again....to many theives!!!!!!!

F&B doesnt make a 46mm TB,
and Ive never seen there 48mm+ for less then 380$ anywhere. Its Fastman that has the 46mm. Fastman is a ported STOCK TB (Read used). F&B is a new piece CNC'd alum. I could have got a fastman for $219 (email him). What u mean e-bay has thieves? Just wondering cause I was looking at parts there?
