Message: I just did mine a few months ago and went through about 5 cold chisels and 10 or so drill bits. If you can get your hands on an air chisel, do so. Grind the rivets flat then drill the center out. This makes it easier to drive the old rivots out with a drift punch.

Message: i haven't had to do it to my '00 yet but most i've seen are pressed in.
flatbed, i believe he's talking about control arm bushings not balljoints.
