Message:
Just yesterday my truck started. After raining all day today, i got into my truck and it wont start. It turns over, all lights, power, etc. works, can hear fuel pump run, but wont start. Any ideas?

In the past when it rains, it has had problems with rough starting, like sputters, etc. Moisture problem?? Help!

Thanks in advance!

could be, have you checked under the hood for signs of mositure? condensation? leaks? check around ignition system - distributer, plugs, coil.

My dad's old S-10 would do that sometimes when it rained, water was running down onto the distributer. I can't remember what was the actual cause of the leak.

My Toyota at work did the exact same thing. Ended up needing a new distributor cap. Fired right up after that and took care of the moisture intolerance it had.
