hey every one.I hate ot say it but it is about time for me to sell my beloved 02 dakota. It is absolute mint condition!! i swear. It has 82,000 miles. and it has been serviced religiously.(tires oil, and other maintnance.) its a V6 with an flowmaster exhaust 40 delta series. It is dual corner exit exit. I also have a cold air intake. that is all the mods nothing spacial. I am wondering how much i should sell it for. I see it on auto trade for 9,000 but they also have 100,000 mile what would be a good asking price.I am headed off for college so i need something that will suite my need better.(good gas).i apreciate any advice.

well i want to sell it while i can sell it for more than i bought it. i bought it for 4500 dollar(from a family members(rich)) and it is worth 8750 on KBB. i just wanted to get yalls opinion.

for an SXT. i don't think you'll get more than $6k if you're lucky. depends on how tight the truck market is in your area.

Sounds like daddio's right on the money. Are you sure you're using the KBB site corectly ? I thought your # sounded high, so I ran an '02 RC v6 with 82,000 (they say that's high miles for the year btw) and only got $6170 in good condition. Next condition up is excellent which is like new - a high mile truck with an aftermarket exhaust shouldn't qualify. It seems it would take more than whatever unlisted options you might have to make up $2580 difference...
