Message: I plan on adding a few things to my 03 3.9 V6 Dakota, and I just wanted everyones opinion, I'd hate to spend a few hundred dollars on crap..
First of all, I want to beef up my ignition system, I hear to go with the V-power NGK plugs are the way to go, with the .44 gap right?
Are the taylor 8.5 good wires? Should I use some other brand?
What about dist. cap?
Also, I was wondering about the rocker rollers, I really would like to have those the most, but I am no mechanic really, I can do basic stuff. Should I buy them and let somone else do em or try myself? Is it hard? Time consuming doesn't matter.
The mods I have now are CAI, Fastman TB, Superchips, and Flowmaster 40 Muffler.
One last question,(Sorry for so many) I tried to set my programmer for another option and it won't come on now. I think my diagnostics plug has blown a fuse possibly? What should I do, I couldn't find a fuse on it.
Thanks in advance guys, any input is welcomed.

Message: I have the Harland Sharp 1.7 roller rockers on my 97 3.9. They just bolt on in place of the factory rockers, no adjusting just torque them down and that's it. They made a noticable difference on my truck with my other mods similar to yours.

Message: Should I buy the v-power NGK Spark plugs? Do they need to be gapped at something else? And will taylor or msd wires work?

Message: I don't think the IAT adjuster will help much if you are already using the Superchips programmer. Correct me if I am wrong but I think the programmer will do just what you are looking for.
