ok so i take off from a red light and i have no first or second, i floor it, no kickdown, nothing, try to manually drop it down, nothing, come to a complete stop and put it in first, works, i dont get it, i dropped it at the dealer but whats the problem

I think you need an oil change. i would try amsoil in your engine. Seems to fix everything. Try bathing in it to. Here it does wonders for the skin.

If you can check this yourself, check the TV cable to make sure it's still functioning properly ( the cable that goes from the throttle body to the transmission ) and make sure that the rest of the electrical and mechanical connections are in good shape.
If that doesn't work...then try the oil bath :lol:
