not a bad looking turck just has a long bed lol! is it lowered? and i think the clear headlights look good thats what i just did to mine i had the black outs.(get the civic out of that pic)lol

i take all your critisism well.. and i do things to be different then others.. not to be the same.. sorry but thats just me.. and my idea of different was to put a wing on my truck.. and to spend money on a long bed.. because my personal opinion on short bed reg cabs are that they are ugly.. But Thats Me.
Everyone has thier own opinion of what they like.. and my truck is something i like..And just one question.. Why does everyone always asosiate a wing with a Ricer??? Why cant there be more then one type of vehicle out there with a wing onto it.????
Is it because its different and your not used to a change.. or what.. cause i just dont understand..
Anyways i just posted the pics to let some of you guys who i talk to look at what i am starting to create..

Ricer huh, well lets just get somthing straight. I am about the biggest Fillipino Redneck you will ever see. i like some "Ricers" and some "Big O'le Trucks. Everyone has there own tasts. In a few days you will see a Dakota like no other. I just got my truck out of the shop and the pics are comming.

Hey! I like it. It is probably only the 2nd or 3rd RC dak long bed I've seen and the first that anyone has done anything to. I like the spoiler. And on others opinions of them, if they ever come into play a truck would need them much more than a 8 ft long car. Especially a long bed. I know the best designed spoiler doesn't come into play until like 80 but they look good. when the spoiler get's taller than the roof/cab that's where it gets rediculous. There's an R/T in town with an Aluminum Spoiler and it looks good.

and everybody has there own opinion of what they think a ricer is.....i personally dont think any truck that has a wing on it is considered a "ricer" just b/c of the wing......now when it rides with ricers, has a 4 banger and is ugly thats a ricer truck lol.......which is no dakota b/c there not ugly!!!!!!

There is a durango here that has an identity crisis. It has a brush guard, Shaker hood, like 17s with low profile tires. And to really get bad. We have several tahoes and even a wrangler with wires here in town also.

I wanted to put a .38 in their head. And none of these guys dropped them. I don't mind the big tahoes, that's their choice. But this was one of those 2-door ones that I really like. And I don't even want to justify the wrangler. That's wrong on so many levels.

The brush guard come with the truck when i bought it.. the guy i bought it off of already had it on there.. so i had never taken it off untill about a month ago.. couldnt find anyone with a 4by that wanted it..
For now all thats under the hood is 180 thermo
msd ignition system
bosch platnium plus 4's,,, Nothing much more then that for now because i just spent a big chunck of money on my stereo.. Sorry to you muscle buffs.. my truck is going to be in stereo comps in the area.. but soon enuff it will have a little bit of beef too it as well.........

oh sorry i didnt even answer the wing question.. there really is no other purpose for the wing other then to be different.. i had never really seen any trucks with wings on them.. so i wanted to differ mine from other.. now that i have done it to my truck alot more seem to be just poppin up all over the place..

My opinion on ricers is, if it's fast it deserves respect. No matter where it was made. But most ricers around here are stock, except for those stupid wheels that are about 10" to small and stick out about a foot.
Hey Joe, will that CRX fit in the bed? :) I like the truck, you need some rims and tires though.

I'm not trying to be mean or to start anything here. I'm just stating my opinion, but a wing on a truck is like putting ketchup on a steak! =) Why put side-steps on a truck that is lowered? As for short beds looking ugly? Umm... eh. Not nearly as ugly as a long bed. I'm not ripping on the truck. Just stating my opinion. Hey, sometime opinions help us make better decisions! =) Definitely need some better wheels.

Its great that all of your are stating your opinions.. i like it.. i know i know all about the rims deal.. sorry but if i was loaded i would buy some nice 18s for it.. but ya see.. im only 19.. and i do have a good job.. but seeing as i am only 19 that means my insurance is a pain and my other bills are just outta this world.. HAHAHA so give me time guys give me time..
And the running boards were another one of those things that came with the truck.. lets remember those pics of the truck are like 2 weeks after i got it.. so the only thing i had added was the cover the wing and the drop..

What on earth did i do so wrong to my truck.. if yuo read alot of the stuff wasnt me.. it was the guy before me who had it and you know something the guy who had it before me had to of been 30..
so listen i am changing it slowly.. while i can afford to.. and thats fine that you dont like my truck.. because it is in fact My truck.. i am the one who pays for it.. Puts the gas in it.. and drives it.. so say whatever you want..

your right it dont take much but you know.. the wing is going to stay the step bars will come off.. but i dont wanna take them off and then just have them laying around the garage doing nothing.. i would rather sell them to someone who needs then or if no one wants them i will just leave them on untill i can find someone who will take them.. simple as that.

BlkDak, hey what's your problem? We live in a free country and the stuff your bashing on his truck may be the thing everybody wants in a few years. There is nothing "ricy" about that spoiler. It's bearly bigger than the spoiler you could get factory on most sedans and even minivans. Ricers tyically have like 18"-24" spoilers that actually make the car taller. If you want to bash the spoiler because it may not do anything why don't you bash on anybody with a "Ram-Air" hood, they're just over priced cold air intakes for any street truck. I bought one because I like the way they look. Most aftermarket parts have no real purpose. But they are a way to make that vehicle personify the owner. I may not agree with people with Wranglers riding on 20" wires but that's they're right. And most people would say that you must be a card carrying member of AARP to pick on a kid who's trying to make a nice truck on a tight budget. So just lay off and put that energy to some good somewhere else.
