How can I determine if my 01 Dodge Dakota Sport 3.9L has 4W ABS or Rear W ABS? I have a bad front wheel bearing and the Hub assembly is offered both ways.

w/ rear ABS, the ABS module would only have the rear brake lines hooked to it. also you would not have speed sensors on the front rotors.
good chance it's only RWABS.
that info may be on the sticker inside the glovebox door too.

Your right about the lines but my 00 durango has 4w abs without front sensors. I know its odd. I am a tech. and i was confused but my master ase uncle told me how it worked. If you look by the master cyl. there will be a aluminum block. If it has the rear it would have the front lines just go in and out. if it has 4wabs it will have the 4 sol. on it. rwal only has 2
