 Subject: MPG HELP!!!

I have a 2003 dakota 2wd and i only get 15 mpg. what can i do to increase that?. im 17 and can barely afford gas. so any mod that will help my situation would be apreciated. keep in mind i am 16 and not extreamly handy under the hood. just the basic tools if u know what i mean.

proper tire inflation and alignment are also things to help mileage. fresh tuneup and hot air should also help mileage.
