Message: You must remove the sensor 1/2 some are both
1/2 hex bolt or allen heads
slot the bolt holes 3/8 1/2" and move sensor
down towards oil filter be sure you remove the
rubber gromit from the sensor hole so it will
move over
be sure to hold over while tighting so it stays
there
The brass incert cap will get more volts to the
plugs over the alm incert caps
NGK FR5 this is 1 range colder and these motors
react very well to this low end and excelleration
will improve
92 to 95 obd1 .035
96 and up obd2 .040
you need a gaping tool to check and set new plugs
should always be checked you never know if it
was hit during shipping
They are the same price everywhere get them from
an auto parts store and ask them to please gap
them for you they will for free if not go
somewhere else
The stock wires will work fine with the stock
ignition here again the better wires have a
lower resistance per foot and will get more volts
to the plugs
where the intake bolts to the head there is a
gasket with the intakne off line the old gasket
up secure to intake with some bolts and washers
just hand tighten now look how much alm is in
the port, some small stones or sanding drums
and a drill remove this and open the port to
match the gasket
I have seen them so bad that the injector spray
actually hits this and is deflected back up
the port what it does is restrict the flow
The NGK heat range numbers are reversed
FR4 stock heat range
FR5 1 colder
