Dakota Fans: Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes a turbo specifically for a 3.9 V-6, If so what engine components would have to be changed in in order to install it?

yep vortech... only one ive seen that has a supercharger for the v6's..... turbo.... you'll have to custom make one yourself.... but good luck for the ECM programming cause well no one has one due to no turbo kit...

If you want a turbo chaged dakota with a v6 your totally on your own. Plus anyways i dont see the point of most turbo kits for like the tuners. My gf has a tuner and the stupid turbo kit is really restictive. I could build a better one then they could cause the whole point to make more boost of ot a turbo is to have it free flowing, the way this is set up, not free flowing. Anyways, its easy to make your own turbo set up, just take some time out and do some research, Ive got plans for a Twin Turbo V6 yet i need to do some major internal mods first, other wise two turbos are a waste. But when its done, ill be more then happy with my baby.

im sure their V6 tacoma set up would work great with
our 3.9s
1993 Dakota CC 3.9 auto
(Rebuilt engine, 19 lb. injectors, ignition & wires, 4.10 gears, LSD
exhaust, intake, lowered 4/4, rear anti-sway bar)
