Message: Thank you all for the help. But you dont have to make me feel dumb I know it was a lame question, but geezz with all the hate in the world today cant you just help a feller out with out it being a big deal? Thank you anyways for your time I really do appriciate it.
By the way I did google F&B and there site doesnt give prices and I am not about to call them just because they dont want to list a price for my convinece.
I am going to buy the 48mm f&B through SOCALDAKOTAS.com even though I did have to wait a long time for my ASP pulleys. I have heard the owner is a good guy and I like to help out good people.

Message: That's ok, billy bob isn't too smart either. He apparently can't read too well or he would have noticed that you are looking for "web site that sells F & B 48mm throttle bodies for a 1999 3.9L 2wd Reg. Cab Dakota."
Have you considered having yours bored to 48mm and save a lot of money?

Message: If you want to bore out a V6 TB, you can pick one off ebay and have it done and install in on your truck once the work is complete. I happen to have one on ebay for $10. I can't post the link right now but go to throttle bodies and use dodge as search criteria. Or send me an email: slewis12@hotmail.com

Message: The V8 bodie swap around $100 may need cable
mid and top end gains
fastman 46mm $250 with exchange will come with
correct cable setup reworked used body
off idle to redline gains
F&B 48mm new made from a solid chunk of ALM
clear anodized $350 to $400 off idle to redline
this throttle body also shows about 10 torque
on every truck and some 4hp over the fastman
and a little crisper throttle response it is the
best
I would recomend either the fastman or F&B over
the V8 swap and you should notice the gains as
soon as you bolt it on if not you have other
issues this is where a lazy o2 will show up
All will show a 15 to 18hp gain at the wheels
but the V8 has no low end gains some even show
a loss off idle to about 1600 1800rpm this is
do to the 50mm plates above the 48mm bore in
the intake it creats a low end flow prob
92 to 95 egr type
96 and up non egr type
If you do not use the right one you will have some
anoying idle issues
Ryan at v8performance.com sells both also for
some reason some on this board have a prob with
ryan have no idea why I as many of my customers
have bought from him and never had a prob fast
shipping
The trottle bodies do take from 1 to 3 weeks
if not in stock they have to be made I waited
1 1/2 months for my first F&B but That gave me
a great chance to get to know Bruce Bridges the
man behind F&B Flowmetrics hes a great guy
I will never forget the one day on the phone
with him talking magnums, we were talking about
the computer learn and heres the quote
"drive it like you just stole it" LOL he was
having probs with his 360R/T mid range I told him
it would learn but will take more time because
of the cam and M1 intake he had after 500 miles
it finaly filled in the fuel
The farther you are from the base computer tables
the longer it takes to learn
50 mile short term
200 mile full learn this is for a stock motor
A modded motor depending on what you all did
will take 200 miles before it starts to run well
than over the next 500 miles it will run a little
better every time you drive the truck
Doing a hard reset disconecting the batt is not
always the best thing to do that is why having a
scanner to remove codes is great it does not
delete the learned tables like a hard reset
Also the stock comp will run almost any mod the
stock comp also would run my stroker motors
just not as good as a perf or ASE chip would
more timing and fuel was needed the stock comp
would run to lean over 3000rpm
My 4.0 stroker with even the perf V6 comp was
to lean but my custom ASE chiped comp runs it
very well and had like a 18 to 20hp gain with
tha ASE
The ASE was a great way to go they can program
the chip for anything but you cant get these any
more thats not a good thing they did a great job
