Message: I have an aluminum single plane intake for the 3.9L engine, pn4492440, that is apparently for putting a carb on the magnum v6 motor. It has the vertical holes for the head mounting bolts, and has a large boss on the top that can be drilled to take a 4BBL carb, but is currentlly drilled for a BBD 2BBL carb.
It has never been mounted. Does anyone know the history of this intake? wmemoore1@cox.net
Message: This is a rare intake Dodgeboy had one he had the
fastman set it up for multiport injection with
a 4bl throttle body
Another thing you can do with this is run a 600
holley carb use a old electronic or points dist
and bolt a mag V6 in place of any 318 in the older
cars and trucks
