Message: Not too much water, right?
Sounds like condensation on the AC lines. There should be a drain line that takes it outside the cab though.
Not too familiar with where it would be on a 2003.

Message: Hi Shawn,
Vance is in right. It seems like your evaporator core is starting to go bad(I know your truck is a '03 but evaporator cores on Dodge vehicles are famous for going bad very soon).
I myself had to replace the evaporator core on my '96 Dakota because it went bad and the AC would never blow cold air.
Look around for other posts regarding this topic, which there are plenty, so that you can narrow down the source of your problem.
Good luck !

Message: water on the floorboard doesn't mean the evaporator is going bad. it means the drain is stopped up. check underhood on the passenger side of the firewall, about even with the exhaust manifold midway down.
use something to clean it out but be gentle. you don't want to poke a hole in the evaporator. then you'll have real trouble.

Message: Yes, it's not the evaporator. Daddio is probably right about the plugged drain line. Bettles tend to like nesting in there, at least in this area they do. Leaves and other debri easily find their way into the evap housing. It could also be the drain hose isn't sealed against the firewall or against the evap box. Try looking up through the bottom of the passenger side dash. You'll have to contort yourself to get a good look. Not sure if removing the glove box will help. Reach your hand up there and you might be able to squeeze past the box and feel the hose. Otherwise you'll need to remove the lower half of the evap box to get access to the hose. I believe you'll have to remove the blower motor as well. Not sure on that year. Careful though as the box may have a half inch of water in it. Most of the time the water stinks pretty bad. You don't want to spill it on the carpet!
