Subject: 1997 wont start IP: Logged
Message: I just put a new motor in my father in laws 1997 Dodge Dakota. It will not start. I have checked the starter the distributer and everything else that I can think of and it will not start. What should I do? It is getting fuel and it has spark. Please help me!

Message: drivers side valve cover off
turn with 32mm or 1 1/4 socket watch valves
after intake opens and closes bring to TDC 0
now pull cap rotor needs to be over cyl line
on dist pickup plate
wires order 165432
drivers side from front 1 3 5
pass side 2 4 6
rotor should also be aimed at #1 wire marked on
cap
