I was driving home from work in my 99v6 extended cab when a toyota tundra 4x4 pulled up next to me at the light. the light turned green and he pulled away from me like I was sitting still. my truck has a kn drop in filter but that is the only mod. Do those toyotas have v8s with a lot more power than my v6 cause id hate to think i got spanked by a 6 cylinder 4x4 toyota.

If it was a new Tundra, yes, it does have a v8. But even if it wasn't, the v6 Tundra is pushing more tourqe and hp than our v6 Daks.

Sad, but true. GM has been bumped down the line by the Nissan Titan. Our problem is the companies don't build the vehicles for durabillity any more. Take a look at some of the older trucks. You could beat the crap out of them and they'd keep running. Try that with a new truck and it's in the shop after two days of mild off road use.
