I am buying Aquatune's product and I am wondering if headers would be the next best thing? Also how hard is it to match my V8 tb to the intake manifold and how much will it cost? After I install aquatune's product I have to advance the timing by 7 degrees, where do I get that done and how much will it cost? I know I asked alot of questions but I will tell yeah how aquatune's product works here in the next month. thanks in advance!!!

A V8 TB will bolt right onto your V6 manifold. I'm not familar with aquatune,what is it?

Well it looks like im not the only one buying this aquatune product. here is the link www.aquatune.com.
I have the V8TB installed already but the V8 TB port is 48mm and the ports on the intake manifold are 46mm. So I was wondering how hard and how much it would cost to make the intake manifold ports to 48mm. but thanks anyway Gears

Aquatune is just water injection. If you do a web search you will find where one guy tested it and found no improvement of hp or mileage. It is pretty pricy too $475 plus you have to buy an adapter plate for a dodge for an extra $145
Brandon the only way to advance the timeing is to do the crank postion sensor mod and unless you machine a notch in the bell housing you will only get 3 to 4 extra degrees of advance. I suspose you could get a custom flash for the ecm

Water injection actualy does do great stuff for your engine. Water is by far the best carbin cleaner for an internal engine money can buy. winter in areas that can freeze you need to mix alcohal with the water. That's the only rule it has. If this is your intent go for it. If your after power , your waisting your money. In the way old days, water was poored down the carb slowly on a regular basis in a running engine as carbin was a hugh problem .this was done in the days before thermostates and especeally on the cars/tractors and so forth with out water pumps. They run hot/cold continuasly. Showing my age lol.

Will I gain any power and mpg? If I do how much? Or do you think I should go with an intake manifold from hughes engines and get gibson headers from somewhere else? I am really desperate for power but I do not want to rush it and waist money. you know?

Get the Harland Sharp 1:7 ratio roller rockers, then the Fastman 46 MM TB, Use any kind of Cold air system you want or a Drop-in K&N filter. Remove the intake and clean up the injector bosses and other casting flash. Hopefully you dont have a center divider in the intake, then put on a good flowing muffler, do the crank sensor mod and relocate yout IAT to the intake tube. Then purchase the Superchips power programmer (I have one for sale on E-Bay). You will be happy with the results and your money will be better spent than on the Aquatune system. Headers are pricey and do not add a lot of power for the V6 for the money spent. Change your gears to 3.9 or 4.10 and see how you like it. If you are real serious about power, then a Supercharger from KRC would be next.

the 1.7 roller rockers and the throttle body are probably the biggest bang for your buck. All the the items that bludak mentioned will work togeather to improve power.
