Hello guys, again. How are things?

Anyways, when I bought my truck, there already was a cold air
intake system on my 99 3.9 4x4. Thing is, the stock one didnt
come with it, and the cold air kit sucks, and the hat stopped
working properoly, as it is warped and the seal is broken so
there is a space where air gets into the TB without any filter...
not good, and my TB is dirty now.

Anwyays, I just need a new intake system. I'm going to call
dodge to see how much it is to get the stock air intake system...
even though i have a feeling the $ will be a joke... If you know its
cheap then cool, but lets assume its not.

So whats the cheapest route besides making your own intake?
I've seen some dak owners here have the old school cyclinder
shape air hats (from napa for ex, that just sit on top of the TB
like old muscle cars... however the hot air from under the hood
gets sucked in more.

Thing is, i dont care about performance, as we all know it doesnt
do much... so whats the cheapest route that works and isnt
cheap like what I have now?

thanks homies.

i would go with the old school round filter on top of the TB. Homie

it probably wont do a lot for performance. but wont be as likly to suck up water off road.

AND IT LOOKS GREAT.
