 Subject: trouble code

My dakota sport died on me and will not start. acts like its not getting any fire. It will turn over.
It's a 1999 Dodge Dokata Sport V6
Afriend said I could hold the mileage reset stick in while crancking the motor fo a few seconds and release iot to get a trouble code reading. When I did this it said "CHECK" then it read "950"
cann't find code can someone help please

Just call any dealer and ask for service and
they will tell you what it is I don't have my
list here at home
