i stripped the screws on my TPS really bad now cause those suckers were on really tight. NOw i cant get it off, any suggestions where i can get a new one or something!?

have you tried any screw extractors? or like a craftsman (sears) stripped screw remover? other then that i guess your gonna need a new tb.

I had the same problem with one of the TPS screws when I was swapping out the sensors to a new throttle body. Ended up just drilling the head off the screw to get the sensor off.
