 Subject: electric brake wiring

I am looking to set up my 2000 dakota sport 6 cyl with electric brakes. After asking a few questions I have found that the truck is at least partially pre-wired. I located the blue 4 wire connector under the dash, labeled "electric brake max 15 amp". I also found a wire (white/ red stripe) taped up with the brake lights at the rear of the vehecile which I was told is all I need to install my electric brake module. Can anyone help clairify this for me, I have read everything I can find but no luck. Any help would be greatly appericiated, thanks Derek.
