I don't think there are any restrictions in place, but I sure wouldn't want to be sitting back there if in an accident. People smack their heads off that window even when just driving around.

thank for your reply, can you look in your owners manual & let me know ifyou can find any age/height/weight restrictions as to rear passengers in the jump seats.

I'm surprised you did'nt get whiplash. Do you notice when just sitting in the front seat tilt your head back until it reaches the headrest. Now imagine it whipping back that far in an accident. I have a 03 QC and hope that i never get rear ended.

If you got rear ended and the hitter didn't have insurance, won't your insurance pay for damage?
I got rearended very badly on highway64, cop gave both of us a ticket for following too closely. I didn't have collision coverage and his insurance won't pay saying I contributed to the accident.
Now I have to fight his insurance. This is all BS.
