I don't know what the oz flow is, but 19# injectors can supply up to 400 HP.
If it doesn't fit, force it. If it breaks...well...it needed to be replaced anyway.

i don't know where CC's come into play. they are rated by flow. as in 21# injectors will flow 21#'s of fuel per hr. 3.9's up to '99 came with 19# injectors. '00 & up went to 21#. and unless your 3.9 is blown (S/C or turbo) you shouldn't need more than a stock injector.
if anything upgrade from the crappy stock 1 hole wonder injectors to the Bosch 3 or 4 hole design. smoother idle & probably better perf & mileage. check out fiveomotorsports.com.

cc's is metric. cc's / min is what it really easy and i cant find a converter that converts lb / hr to cc / min. soo yea i was hoping maybe larry would know since he suggested vemon injectors one time and those are measured in cc's

well, here is the closest i could get. you'll have to figure the rest.
1 cc/minute = .03381402 ounces/minute
or
1 ounce per minute = 29.57353 cc/minute
