Message: I was drivin in town and could smell something burning but didn't think anything of it and then i was out in the country and could still smell it ..pulled over and my left front brake had seized on so tight i couldn't even move.. so i let it cool down in some guys drive way and bled the line and it seemed to work..kept drivin!! but what the #$@% any word on that!!

Message: Rust builds up on the caliper assembly/slider pin, so if you happen to hit the brakes and the caliper gets "stuck" it will heat up, and if you have impurities in your brake fluid, it will boil, and cause the brake to engage fully. This can also happen if you use your brakes alot and you have water/dirt/impurities in the brake fluid, it will gradually heat the brake assembly up enough to boil the fluid.
If it doesn't fit, force it. If it breaks...well...it needed to be replaced anyway.

Message: Thats exactly what i did when i got home i cleaned up the slider pin and also bled the brakes again and it hasn't done it since ..hopefully never thanx for the reply
