50 bucks sounds like a good deal.
You will be able to use all the good sensors too.
The exhaust manifolds are different. The 92 has an ID of 2 1/8 inch. The 94 is 1 7/8 inch ID.
So you will need a new or modified y-pipe.
Some guys will say to upgrade to a V8.

the y pipe will bolt up the newer engine has
smaller bung but the bigger pipe will fit
Many new truks guys went to the 92 93 manifolds
befor headers were avalible they are getting
hard to find good for 5hp over the newer smaller
manifolds
