Message: The 95's came with 17 standard or 22 optional.
I still have a brand new sending unit for my old 95 with 22 gallon tank. It's never been used. If you're interested in it, let me know and I can verify if it will fit your 94 or not. I'll make you a deal. I still have the invoice for it. I bought it because my guage stopped working. Turned out to be a pump problem. New pumps come with sending unit and because it was special order, i could not return it.

Message: You should get more than 250 miles on the full tank , but you won't really know until you do either fill it up again , or run out.
Best thing is get that sending unit from Dan.
P.S. I believe the best easiest way to get at
the pump assembly 'including sending unit ' is to lift the box ( 4 bolts on each side ) then get help or use hoist to raise box off

Message: I second the removal of the bed, in fact. I wrote some instructions on how to do that. I can email that if you need.
I used to get 17-18mpg combined on my old 95 CC 4x4 3.9L Auto.

Message: you guy's scared of gas tank straps or what?!? remove the two nuts (one on either strap) and drop the tank down. i did this in my driveway by myself without any jacks or anything, mind you i didn't have a full tank either... i replaced both of my straps (because one had rotted out) for 50 bucks! shopped around and found them at a gas tank repair place.

Message: although i did forget to at least commend you guys on the idea of removing the box instead of cutting through it, as i've seen many do around here.

Message: i didn't think that they let retards use computers, learn something new everyday i suppose. so you can't use your own name eh? must be one of those really smart guys, one that knows the answers to everything and nothing all at the same time.i really don't care of your opinion of me. i was questioning why you wouldn't take the gas tank off instead of lifting the box off. seems simple enough to me, gas tank or gas pump requires work = take off gas tank and do work. not unbolt and remove the box and then do the work on the tank and then have to put the box back on, unless i suppose your looking to do the most work possible for one of the easiest jobs possible.
