cam swaps are actually easy but involves time.... remove valve covers, intake manifold, front timing cover and water pump, rocker arms and pushrods..... if your looking into changing the springs then your pulling the heads off or taking and useing compressed air from an air hose to pressureize the cylinder so you can remove the keeppers and not have the valve fall down into the motor while you change the springs.... but if your planning on doing this yourself and your not to sure about certian things its not gonna be a quick and easy job....
