Subject: What causes O/D and cruise to not work?

Message:
I posted a few days ago about having no overdrive. I just remembered that when the overdrive goes out so does the cruise. Is this because of the lockup? Or is there something else that both are controlled by that would cause both to stop working?

Replace the switch on your brake pedal. Adjust it according to your repair manual. When mine went out I got one at the wrecking yard for a buck. Works perfect Before you do this be very sure you don't have a vacumn leak. A leake would be my first guess.

So many problems .... So little time
