Message: I have 89 v6 dakota but cannot get this thing running for ^%^%( . I have been looking everywhere.Alternator has been changed it was bad,new battery, coil even went through the harness and redid some of the splices. Yet I still cannot get the voltage I need at Pin 1 on the distributor plug. Even the computer was replaced due to bad resistor. checked grounds but I am stumped!!!

Message: unrapping wires is very easy to do . Start at the pin you know is bad. Have a new roll of black taoe in hand . Each foot you unrap, rerap from the pin end. No problems keeping wires rapped as new and when you do find the problem, the job is done. so easy
So many problems .... So little time
