Message: Yes, mine caused stalling immediately upon hot restart; and slight surging at highway speed that caused the tranny to unlock and even downshift to 3rd on almost level ground under light load. Replaced it with a GP-Sorensen brand, no problems since.

Message: Well my tranny had been acting weird, slipping from 2 to 3 at half throttle, surging in and out of overdrive going 70. I decided to change the TPS sensor and what a difference. Truck shifts like brand new now and runs much smoother. Funny thing was the check engine light never was on.

Message: The TPS will cause surging I had the same thing. With the cruse on I saw it the most. the RPMs would jump between 200 and 700 just going down the road.
