as the subject says, im looking at doing this swap. my question is will the 318/360 drop down into my mounts? Also, I plan on running a carb setup. Is there any tips or tricks anyone can offer?

I don't know anything about the carb.
If they are both magnum motors then they will drop right in. If one is an LA motor you'll need new mounts. I haven't done an LA-magnum swap, that is just from what I've read on here. The magnum-magnum swap is fairly simple.
