After I bring my truck to a stop after driving for a while the oil pressure drops almost to 0. I have heard that I will prolly need to take the oil pan out and check oil screen or maybe oil pump. Is that what you all think? How hard is it going to be to pull the oil pan on a 3.9l V6 w/4x4.

I'd check the pressure with a mechanical guage first to be sure it isn't the sending unit. Also I would replace the oil filter with a good quality like Wix just to be sure yours isn't colapsed or pluged. Next comes pan removal I weould think. Sludge/oil pump ? hard to say the problem.

So many problems .... So little time

First use engine cleaner, change filter and add new oil.
The factory put synthetic in it, you should too, the proper viscosity, and the filter should be for synthetic.
When you discover your clean engine still has the same problem hook up a mechanical gauge to see how badly the electric one is lying.
You'll need a 1-1/16 deep socket for the oil sender.
Scroll down to "oil sensor" and "Amsoil at 10 pounds" for way more information. There, I tell how I replaced the oil pump.

I had similar problems but the press never dropped to zero, I just had low pressure. I had 160,000 miles on it at the time when I bought it, and I new that the belly pan gasket was shot. When the belly pan gasket is gone, you can could on sludge building up, and the longer it goes on the worse the sludge is. Not sure if it was a good idea, but I ran 1/3 can of SeaFoam in the crankcase like the directions says before I pulled the oil pan. I tried to just losten the engine mounts and jack up the engine, but I had to go rent an engine hoist to get the engine up far enough to pull the pan out. YIKES!!! it had about 2 inches of oily sluldge in the bottom of the pan and the pickup screen was about half plugged. After cleaning all that crap up, my oil pressure went up about 8 more psi!
Goodluck, and check that darn belly pan gasket by opening the butterflies on the TB and look down into the intake. If you see oil, order up some parts and tear into that intake!
