I have a 2003 3.9L V6. 50000 miles on it. Airraid intake, Superchips, Flowmaster. Few weeks ago I installed a Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer. Soon after the TBS went in I started to hear a rattle. Almost like something is loose under the dash or just on the engine side of the firewall. If I'm on the highway no rattle. If I'm moving slower on an uneven surface or even if I pull into my driveway I hear this rattle, but not all the time. Had the new ball joints replaced a while ago. Not associated with turning the whell but sometimes I swear it happens when I break, but not always. Could it be my Brake booster or something to do with the TBS? It's annoying the hell out of me. If one of you guys have any clue I'd be indebted to you for ever.

Bought a chevy blazer years ago that had a rattle just like your sayig > Looked for it forever. Then Something happened with the driver side wiper arm in the cowl. be darned there was a wrench in there.
So many problems .... So little time

Check for recall on brake/Power steering lines. Mine did that and it was the P/S line. SW

lots of people on this site say that the TBS is junk and does not really work on our trucks, try removing it just to see the difference if it works then wala, maybe something got loose when you intalled it
