I find him entertaining! So he showed a lack of judgement in getting a V6 that doesn't live up this his V8 mindset. Big deal. He bought it, he has the right to gripe about it. I bought a V6 because of the challenges behind making it stronger and faster. I didn't get a 4x4 because, for me, it would have been useless, expensive weight. I'm happy with what my 3.9 does and I'm interested to see what it can do. Just ignore the guy if you don't like what he says or how he says it. Next time he might buy a V8 4x2 if the
Turbo drug doesn't give him the fix he needs first. I just say sit back and be entertained.

Every one asks me why I didn't buy a 4x4. I just tell them it slow me down to much. hehe There has been alot of complaining though. Trade it in already.

I drove a V-6 Dakota for 8 years. I made it go faster at every chance I got. And when I was out of money, I just made plans for the future. But I never got online and made endless posts about how badly my truck sucked and slow it was and how I wished I had bought a V-8 and how I wanted to increase my 0-60 times.
I got off my ass and started reading every car magazine published. I went to the drag strip and hung out with all the other Dakota owners. I hung out with other guys. I learned most of my suspension knowledge from a Ford guy. I learned most of my engine stuff from Hot Rod (Chevy guys). I made sure to never miss a single episode of HotRod TV (now Horsepower TV) and I watched Motor Trend TV before it became Car & Driver TV. I've taped almost every episode that's aired. And I go back & watch them over & over. When I learn a new trick at the track, i go home and try to find articles in my stash of magazines and episodes in my stash of videos.
What I'm saying is...... if you want to go faster, get off your ass and GO FASTER. You'll never get there while you're sitting in front of the computer bitching to a bunch of people who are tired of your bitching. So shut up and GO FASTER.

Hey guys
I may be burying myself with this one....but we do have to remember the 1st ammendment and freedom of speech. We are not forced to read his posts and his rants and raves if we choose not to. If he pisses us off soooo much, just don't ever acknowledge his posts and he will bit his quitchen'!! After a while 0 responses to posts will send a message.
Besides...he just makes us more determined to make our daks faster and appreciate them that much more. Right?

Reasons why I didn't get a V8
1. Cost more then just $590...not to mention they didn't have any around...except that black R/T but let me stop tslking about that before i light my truck on fire
2. I was a really bad driver when i got my truck and i didn't want to die...really bad...really

For those of you who actually get pissed off at LI Blackdak, why bother? I prefer to laugh. Not at him so much as with him, cuz I got a V6 as well.
Current mods: A MUFFLER. That's it. (For now.)

I wouldn't be mad I would just look at the mods. A V-6 with a 100 shot of NOS better beat my V-8 or the V-6 should hide in shame.:) I still say good for guys like Greg and Bernd. Speed is speed no matter how many cylinders.:-)
