i got this post from you recently...
It almost sounds like you lookup is stuck on
You have a RE elect gov pressure control if the
presure sensor snd or sol go bad these trans
will do some very strange things
Replace them both as a pair .....
Where is this located and how hard is it to replace?

The O/D and lockup sols are inside as well as the
presure sensor and sol
You need to remove the pan unplug and unbolt than
switch them out and reinstall
Around $200 chrysler only parts
May as well change the fluid and filter while your
in there
Good fluid only ATF+4 Amsoil syn or redline all
these fluids work well in the mopar transmissions
