My wiper delays do not work anymore i only have one delay of 2 secs and low and high. the other delay speeds are gone.
How do i get them to work again.

Sounds like the switch(rheostat/variable resistor inside the switch) is bad. Either buy a new one, or go to a salvage yard and pick one up.
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.

Good advise, most likely the signal arm rotary switch assy. has flat spots in the switch contact points. Dis-assemble and spray out with contact cleaner. Test function before complete install.
A note of caution: while playing around with the column wiring etc. some have managed to deploy Mr. Airbag in various cars. Keep your face away from the wheel.
